The Health program is available in District hospitals, polyclinics and Health centers   at both public and private concerns. 
The main disease areas are malaria, HIV, TB, Diarrhea, road accidents, Typhoid fever, maternal deaths, Guinea worm, sexually transmitted diseases.

There is greater need within Health Institutions in Ghana due largely to brain drain phenomenon where  trained medical professionals like Nurses and Doctors emigrate to the western world where economic conditions permit better rewards

Participants to the Health program must be prepared to be placed in rural based  medical facilities.
