ORPHANGES
This program is rewarding for participants who love to be around children.  Most children at the centres lack parental guidance. These include abandoned children, children who have lost their parents due to  various reasons including AIDS related diseases, children plucked from the streets  and others who live in extreme poverty. These projects attempt to create an atmosphere where orphaned children experience the fun and excitement of life through exposure to nationals from the foreign countries. it could also be challenging de pending on the temprement of the participant. Harsh living conditions often alienate these children and are usually shaped these expereinces. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities at the children homes depend on the needs of the home and the skills and interests of the volunteer. Most homes aim at providing education opportunities to the children. Participantsl teach basic english or help in developing creative programs such as art, music, dance, sports, etc. Daily trips to school, sanitation, cooking, and administration  are some of the daily chores.
