This program provides opportunity to Ghanaian students desiring to have exposure in international business environment to enhance career opportunities in chosen fields.  IYEP Partner organizations in the host country carefully select companies and Institutions based on reputation as able to provide on the job training and encourage international understanding in cross-cultural settings. Participants have around the clock support from our partners in the following countries; USA, UK, Germany, Canada, France, Guatemala, Mexico and China. The following areas are: -ICT -Architecture -Hospitality -Management and -Accounting, Banking and Finance. Duration: 3 months, 6months, 12months and 18 months.
