Students on this High school program live on campus with their fellow Ghanaian students for a term or a year. They are expected to attend all classes for certification at the end of the period. High Schools in Ghana require students wear uniforms to classes and other house wears. Prospective lists of required items are sent to applicants and where necessary come to Ghana with these items or buy them in Ghana on arrival. Placements are in coeducation schools or single sex high schools depending on applicant’s requirement. Applicants are obliged to state their preference on the application forms. When preferred, students could attend day schools and live with families and go to schools daily. Students staying more than a term are also provided with host families where they live during vacation periods. IYEP also provide mentors for students if required irrespective of duration of program.

• Able to stay a least a term (12weeks)
